Chaloklum Yoga Shala is a community yoga center in the charming fishing village of Chaloklum, on Koh Phangan's peaceful north coast. The village is one of the few places on the island that retains its authentic Thai character — fishing boats line the bay, local restaurants serve the day's fresh catch, and the pace of life is unhurried.

The shala offers daily drop-in classes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and AcroYoga, making it a hub for the north coast yoga community. The 7-day retreat package bundles unlimited classes with guided meditation sessions, a Thai cooking workshop, and a snorkeling trip to the nearby Sail Rock reef.

The teaching approach is traditional and inclusive. The founding teacher trained in Rishikesh, India, and brings that lineage's emphasis on alignment, breath, and the philosophical foundations of yoga. Classes are suitable for all levels, with modifications offered for beginners and advanced variations for experienced practitioners.

The village setting is a major draw — guests stay in local guesthouses and bungalows within walking distance of the shala, eating at family-run restaurants and shopping at the morning market.
