The center's flagship offering is its medically supervised detox program, featuring juice fasting, colonic hydrotherapy, and liver/gallbladder cleanses. Programs range from a gentle 5-day introduction to intensive 28-day deep-cleanse protocols.
Beyond detox, Orion offers daily yoga classes (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin), Thai massage courses, raw food preparation workshops, and a range of holistic therapies. The beachfront restaurant serves organic raw food, smoothies, and Thai wellness cuisine.
