Chaya Wellness is a self-care sanctuary in the heart of Srithanu, born from the belief that genuine wellness addresses both the inner landscape and its outer expression — what the studio beautifully describes as "inner flow and outer glow."

The appointment-based model creates a personalized, unhurried experience that stands in contrast to the high-throughput spa culture found elsewhere on the island. Each session begins with a brief consultation to understand the client's current state — physical, emotional, and energetic — and the treatment is shaped accordingly.

The menu of offerings spans holistic beauty treatments (natural facials, body treatments using Thai herbs and botanical ingredients), energy healing therapies (Reiki, crystal healing, chakra balancing), and integrative massage techniques that work simultaneously on the physical body and the subtle energy system.
