House of Om has trained over 25,000 yoga teachers worldwide and recently opened its newest sanctuary on Koh Phangan's Bovy Beach — a pristine, purpose-designed space for their celebrated 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program.

The training offers two formats to suit different schedules: the traditional 20-day all-inclusive program (10 days in-person on Koh Phangan followed by 10 days online), and a hybrid 10-day intensive in-person option. Both pathways lead to the same internationally recognized certification.

The curriculum balances practical and philosophical: asana practice and technique, anatomy and biomechanics, Ayurvedic principles, pranayama and meditation, yoga philosophy and the history of the tradition, and the art of teaching and holding space. Mentorship from experienced teachers who've guided thousands of students ensures personalized attention despite the program's global scale.
