Wonderland Healing Center is a holistic retreat center set in the verdant hills above Haad Chao Phao beach, on the west coast of Koh Phangan. True to its name, the center feels like stepping into another world — lush tropical gardens, hand-built wooden structures, and a palpable sense of peace.
The center offers a unique "Choose Your Own Path" approach: guests can combine yoga teacher training, meditation intensives, detox programs, and plant-based nutrition courses into a customized retreat of 7 to 30 days. This flexibility makes Wonderland popular with long-stay guests who want to go deep.
Daily offerings include morning Ashtanga or Vinyasa yoga, afternoon Yin or Restorative sessions, guided meditation, and workshops on topics ranging from Ayurveda to conscious relating. The on-site restaurant serves exceptional raw and cooked vegan food.
Accommodation ranges from basic shared rooms to private hilltop bungalows. The center's crown jewel is its open-air yoga shala, built on a wooden deck overlooking the sea — one of the most beautiful practice spaces on the island.
