Samma Karuna is an International School of Awakening and Healing located directly on the beach at Haad Chao Phao, on the west coast of Koh Phangan. Founded over a decade ago, it has become one of the island's most established centers for deep personal transformation, combining tantra, yoga, meditation, and conscious community living.

Unlike centers that offer disconnected workshops, Samma Karuna operates a structured curriculum refined through years of daily practice. All teachers are trained within the same system, ensuring consistency and depth. Programs range from 7-day introduction retreats to multi-week immersions covering Tantric philosophy, yoga teacher training, breathwork, and conscious relating.
