The Dawn Koh Phangan is a transformational retreat for people who are ready to look beneath the surface. Located on the sunset-facing Haad Yao beach — one of the island's most beautiful stretches of sand — the center specializes in deep psychological and spiritual work.

The 7-day "Emergence" program combines individual life coaching sessions, group process work, guided meditation, shadow work practices, and optional ceremony experiences. The approach draws from Jungian psychology, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and contemplative traditions.

Each retreat is limited to 12 participants and led by two experienced facilitators — a psychotherapist and a meditation teacher — ensuring both psychological safety and spiritual depth. The program includes three one-on-one coaching sessions, daily group process, and ample free time for integration and beach walks.

Accommodation is in beautiful Thai-style villas with private terraces overlooking Haad Yao. The center's elevated position offers spectacular sunset views every evening, and the nearby village provides excellent restaurants and a laid-back community atmosphere.
